Territory Sales Manager

Dynamic Fitness & Strength is looking to add a driven, experienced sales professional to our growing team. As a leading USA manufacturer of commercial strength and fitness equipment, Dynamic specializes in complete weight room solutions for high schools, colleges, universities, professional programs, training facilities, and commercial fitness spaces across the country. With more than 30 years of manufacturing experience, we design and manufacture our strength equipment in the USA while helping coaches, athletic departments, and facilities maximize their spaces through industry-leading weight room design, equipment customization, and complete facility solutions. Dynamic Fitness & Strength continues to dominate the industry in weight room design and USA manufacturing, and we are looking for the right person to help us continue that momentum. We are seeking an ideal candidate to manage and grow current and future accounts within our Mid-Atlantic territory. This individual will work directly with coaches, athletic directors, school administrators, and other decision-makers, leading them through the weight room design and sales process from initial conversations through equipment selection and final purchase. Regular travel throughout the territory to meet with prospective and existing accounts will be required. The ideal candidate will bring a strong work ethic, the ability to build meaningful relationships, a competitive mindset, and the drive to achieve established territory goals. Coaching or administrative experience combined with demonstrated sales proficiency is preferred. Resumes will be accepted through September 8, 2026. Preferred Skills and Abilities Bachelor’s degree in a related field. 5+ years of sales experience in a related industry. Ability to manage a CRM and effectively execute the sales process. Proven drive for success and the ability to achieve established territory goals. 5+ years of coaching or administrative experience at the high school or collegiate level is a plus. Strong understanding of the athletic, fitness, and strength training industries. Ability to establish, develop, and maintain strong professional relationships throughout the territory. Requirements Ability to travel regularly throughout the territory (50–60%), with some travel outside of the assigned territory (less than 10%). Primary residence in North Carolina, South Carolina, Northern Georgia, or Northern Alabama, or willingness to relocate. Travel throughout the entire territory is required. Proficiency in programs such as Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and customer relationship management systems. Ability to demonstrate previously established relationships within the target market in the designated territory. Ability to work some evenings and weekends as needed. Ability to work independently while also contributing within a team environment. Strong communication and presentation skills. Excellent time management and task management skills. Passion for coaching, fitness, and strength training is a must. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
