Minimum Qualifications Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program. Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC Active PTA license required. Experience treating patients in acute rehabilitation required.

Assignment Details 8-hour shifts. 5 shifts per week.
