As a test and automation engineer, you’ll develop software integration with RF test equipment, collaborate with product engineering to define the interfaces necessary to implement end-to-end automated EW product testing, and work with RF engineers, digital systems engineers, and manufacturing engineers to design and implement the production testing systems that ensure our customers are delivered a flawless product. You will apply state of the art software construction techniques to ensure the timely delivery of correct mission critical code.WHAT YOU’LL DODesign and write software frameworks and tooling to enable automated development and production testingIntegrate testing into CI tools and build infrastructure for scaling regression testing across our systemsDevelop test data pipelines to capture, store, and analyze validation resultsIntegrate state-of-the-art RF equipment with our testing infrastructureDefine and implement the software interfaces and product features necessary to enable end-to-end testingUtilize infrastructure providing deterministic builds and configuration management for deployment, guaranteeing software traceability and minimizing the maintenanceREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSDegree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or Computer Science3+ years of professional software development experience in languages such as C, C++, or Python; experience with functional programming languages is a plusExperience with RF measurements and RF communication systemsExperience with RF and electronic lab equipment such as spectrum analyzers, vector signal generators, oscilloscopes and logic analyzersExperience with automation software, hardware development, and embedded firmwareExperience designing and building hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) test platformsStrong debugging, performance optimization, and unit testing skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills.Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret SCI security clearance.US Salary Range$191,000—$253,000 USDThe salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
