**Join Our Dynamic Team as a Dialysis RN!** **Job Description:** - **Role Overview:** - Oversee the delivery of dialysis and patient care. - Provide education and support to patients navigating their treatment journey. - Supervise Dialysis Technicians and ensure high-quality patient care. - **Key Responsibilities:** - Adjust treatment plans according to standing orders and care plans. - Monitor patient outcomes and make necessary adjustments. - Administer medications safely and effectively. - Collaborate with a multifaceted care team, including social workers, dietitians, and nephrologists. - Participate in quality improvement projects to enhance care processes. - **Work Environment:** - Chronic, in-center position covering various peninsula locations (Poulsbo, Bremerton, Port Orchard, Port Townsend). - Flexibility required to work any shift (AM/PM) based on staffing needs. - Shifts typically range from 10-13 hours. - **Qualifications:** - Must possess a current Registered Nurse (RN) license from the WA State Board of Nursing or a Multi-State Compact Nurse license. - Hold current certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) with a Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers card from the American Heart Association. - Minimum of 1 year nursing experience required. - Previous dialysis experience is essential. - Prior experience in Acute or Ambulatory Nursing is preferred. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
