Surrounded by extraordinary people, inspiring leaders, and world changing projects, you will do more and become more than you ever thought possible.Position Summary:This role is responsible for activities related to controlling, scheduling, and managing the flow of production from acquisition of raw materials to distribution of finished product.This role ensures that raw materials and intermediate material availability is aligned with production schedules to maintain manufacturing throughput.Areas include purchasing of materials, logistics, distribution, inventory management, warehousing, and transportation. Responsible for developing and implementing policies, procedures and material control systems activities related to material control and inventory control functions. Ensures materials are ordered and in stock while maintaining acceptable inventory levels. Develops material schedules and coordinates the efficient movement of materials with purchasing, production and engineering.Changes to individual responsibilities may occur due to business needs and other related duties may be assigned.Scope of Responsibilities:Receives objective-based assignments.Determines resources needed to meet goals and deliver tactical results and provides guidance to subordinates within the latitude of established company policies.Recommends changes to policies and establishes procedures that affect immediate organization(s).Works on assignments of diverse scope where problem solving requires the analysis of data and a variety of relevant factors.Erroneous decisions may cause delay in accomplishing short-term and/or annual goals.Frequently interacts with subordinate supervisors, customers, and/or functional peer group professionals.Leads cooperative efforts with stakeholders outside own area of expertise.Interactions require effective communication and presentation of results/recommendations.Manages the coordination of activities for a discipline or department.Guides team and is responsible for results, including budgets, methods, and staffing.Oversees professionals and will be accountable for subordinate supervisors and associate staff.In some instances, may be responsible for a functional area and not have any subordinate employees.Experience/Education:Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8 years of related experience, with 1-3 years of Management experienceoverseeing teams greater than 10 employees. Experience with SAP ECC and EWMPrevious experience in supply chain or manufacturing at a large scale.The estimated base salary range for the Supply Chain Manager role based in the United States of America is: $107,700 - $161,500. Should the level or location of the role change during the hiring process, the applicable base pay range may be updated accordingly. The range reflects long‑term growth in the role; therefore, most candidates are hired between the minimum and middle of the range. Placement depends on experience, skills, location, and internal equity. Additionally, all employees are eligible for one of our variable cash programs (bonus or commission) and eligible roles may receive equity as part of the compensation package.
