At Mosaic, you’ll provide essential, daily clinical care like medication administration, tube feedings, taking vitals, and collecting specimens—all under the supportive guidance of our Director of Nursing. What YOU’LL Do:

• Provide Expert Clinical Care: Bring your nursing A-game to deliver precise care, assessments, and care planning, while seamlessly executing physician orders.

• Be a Proactive Health Advocate: Coordinate, schedule, and sometimes transport individuals to external healthcare providers. You make sure nothing falls through the cracks!

• Monitor & Manage Health Status: Be the ultimate detective. You’ll spot changes in condition quickly and keep flawless documentation to ensure top-tier wellness.

• Empower Through Education: Share your wisdom! You’ll train Med Aides and support staff on crucial topics like infection control and medication administration.

• Build Lifelong Connections: Develop deeply rewarding, therapeutic relationships with the individuals we serve and their support circles.

The Sweetest Schedule Ever:

• Shift: Days (Full-Time, 8-hour shifts)

• Weekends: Absolutely NONE.

• On-Call: ZERO. Zip. Nada.

What YOU’LL Need:

• The License: An active RN or LPN nursing license in good standing.

• The Experience: Minimum of one year of RN or LPN experience OR if you are a brand-new LPN, we welcome your 3 years of CNA/CMA experience!

• The Muscle: Must be able to lift, push, and pull at least 50 pounds.

• The Wheels: A valid Driver's license.

• The Safety Basics: Certified in CPR and First Aid.
