We're seeking a hands-on Purchasing & Inventory Clerk who can keep operations running smoothly by managing purchasing, inventory, and supplier coordination. Responsibilities Process purchase orders & maintain supplier info Negotiate pricing, track shipments & resolve delays Perform inventory counts & monitor stock levels Inspect incoming shipments & document discrepancies Enter receiving data into inventory system Collaborate with production, accounting, and quality teams Requirements 5+ years purchasing experience (manufacturing a plus) Strong math/conversion skills (lbs oz, ft in) Proficiency in MS Office; SAGE/UPS/LTL a plus Comfortable lifting up to 40 lbs & navigating stairs (2-story facility) Fast learner, adaptable, safety-conscious Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, not required Apply today through Ultimate Staffing!
