Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP license in Virginia (or eligibility)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
- Previous experience in school settings preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy services to elementary and middle school students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with a team of SLPs, teachers, and parents
- Participate in team meetings and IEP processes
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation per school protocols
