HR Generalist: Payroll & Union Workforce Lead

A well-established manufacturing company in Brooklyn, NY is seeking an experienced HR Generalist. The candidate will own weekly payroll processing for about 250 union and non-union employees while supporting various HR functions such as onboarding, attendance tracking, and compliance with labor laws. Strong payroll expertise and a preference for experience in union environments are required.
