You'll work closely with Manufacturing & Test Engineering, Production, Quality, Failure Analysis, Hardware Development, and Contract Manufacturers to ensure efficient, scalable, and repeatable manufacturing processes that support business growth and product excellence.If you're someone who enjoys solving complex production challenges, collaborating across teams, and driving operational improvements in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you.What You'll DoLead the deployment and optimization of manufacturing and test processes for Gogo products across internal production operations and external contract manufacturing partners.Support radio module programming, RF calibration, and production testing activities to ensure product quality and manufacturing readiness.Partner with Manufacturing & Test Engineering, Production, Quality, Failure Analysis, Hardware Development, and Contract Manufacturers to deliver reliable and scalable manufacturing solutions.Manage production test capability deployment at PCA, subassembly, and system levels, including support for LTE functional testing and industry-standard production test methodologies.Troubleshoot manufacturing and test process issues to improve product yields, throughput, and operational efficiency.Execute process, equipment, and test qualification activities while ensuring consistency between Gogo and contract manufacturing sites.What You'll BringBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, production assembly, and production test support.Demonstrated experience supporting manufacturing processes, test systems, and production operations in an electro-mechanical environment.Experience with manufacturing process development, equipment qualification, and production test methodologies.Ability to analyze failures, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement effective corrective actions.Ability to support domestic travel up to 15% as required.Even Better If You HaveYou don't need to check every box below.
