Straight Numbers First

• Guaranteed $16/hour floor, or 44% and up commission - paid on whichever is higher, every single check.
• Our stylists averaged $46/hour all-in, including tips, over the last six months.
• 40 tickets per chair per week · average ticket $42 · average tip 22%.
• 70% of clients rebook before they leave the shop.
• Commission paid weekly. Tips paid daily.

Nolensville is a family town and our chairs show it. Dads bringing sons. Kids who've been coming since they needed a booster. They're on a three-to-four week cycle and they keep it. That's what the 70% rebooking number means for you: you're maintaining a book, not rebuilding one every month.

What we cover

• Front desk team handles booking, phones and check-in - you stay behind the chair
• Bring your best self and tools. We have you covered on product, laundry, and station supplies.
• Continuing education with our master barber.
• Health, dental and vision - eligible at 30 hrs/week after 30 days
• Retail bonuses - the more product you sell the higher your bonus.

What you need

• Active Tennessee barber or cosmetology license - or graduating and licensed before your start date. New grads welcome.
• Solid clipper work, fades, beard and color services.
• 4-5 days a week including some evenings and weekends.
