Security Compliance Analyst

Detail-oriented and knowledgeable, the full-time remote Security Compliance Analyst will manage customer due diligence and vendor risk management processes, ensuring compliance with security requirements while supporting internal teams throughout the sales lifecycle. Key responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for internal sales/support regarding security compliance requirements and customer security requests Conduct vendor security reviews and monitor compliance with internal security standards and regulatory requirements Document findings, recommend remediation, and track resolution of security issues across cross-functional teams Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) Minimum 2 years of direct experience in technical support, risk management, or IT/Security audit within the software industry Hands-on experience with GRC tools and familiarity with cloud hosting infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) Knowledge of frameworks such as SOC 2, NIST, ISO 27001, and legal requirements like GDPR Strong analytical skills with the ability to explain complex security concepts to diverse stakeholders
