No degree is required to be eligible for this role, but certificates and training are highly preferred.
• Disqualifiers:

Candidates with less than 3 years of experience, a lack of business presence, and poor communication skills will not be eligible for the role. Additionally, candidates with less than 12 months of access available will not be eligible for this role.
• Best vs. Average:

The ideal resume would contain 3 or more years of experience, has worked with CoPilot/ChatGPT, AI, in any capacity, has multiple certifications or training that are relevant to the role or Microsoft, and has a very strong growth mindset.
Top 4 Hard Skills Required

Minimum 3 years experience

within technical sales, consulting, or partner management roles.
Minimum 1 training or certification

completed since 2022 (any certifications, preferred Microsoft certifications, but as long as theyre relevant to the role it will suffice).
Minimum 2 years of experience

with Microsoft products and services, preferred Copilot for M365 or Intune + Intune Suite (Cloud Endpoint).
Minimum 1 role

where they have worked with business partners previously.
