Construction Laborers

Aerotek is hiring for Construction Laborers in Elizabeth, PA. Paying up to $22/hr – WEEKLY Pay!

Responsibilities May Include:

• Performing general construction labor on active job sites
• Assisting with site preparation, grading support, and material handling
• Shoveling, raking, and moving dirt, aggregate, and other materials
• Loading, unloading, and staging tools, equipment, and supplies
• Maintaining clean, organized, and safe work areas
• Using hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Supporting equipment operators and crews with spotting and site assistance
• Participating in on-the-job training to learn dump truck operations and safe driving practices
• Traveling to project sites and working extended shifts as needed

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor throughout the day
• Strong attendance, reliability, and work ethic
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to work 10-12 hour shifts and overtime as needed
• Interest in learning dump truck operations and building a career in construction
• Safety-focused mindset and ability to work around heavy equipment
• Previous construction, landscaping, farming, mining, oil & gas, or outdoor labor experience is a plus, but not required

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract position based out of Elizabeth, PA.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
