Welder - Trailer Manufacturing

We take pride in quality craftsmanship and unmatched customization. Position Summary We are seeking experienced Welders to join our team. Candidates must be able to read blueprints, fit, and weld to specification. This is a hands‑on role in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Perform MIG and flux‑core welding on trailer components. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Fit and weld components to tight specifications. Work closely with the production team to meet quality and delivery requirements. Maintain a safe and organized work environment. Requirements 3+ years of welding experience (trailer, heavy equipment, or structural welding preferred). Ability to read and follow blueprints. Strong fitting and welding skills. Must pass a weld test on‑site as part of the interview process. Bring a copy of any weld certifications you currently hold.
