Job Description

This CDL Driver position is ideal for a skilled professional responsible for hauling cars using specialized car carriers. The role demands expertise in vehicle operation, load securing, and adherence to safety standards while covering local, regional, interstate, and long-haul routes. This on-call opportunity suits drivers seeking varied schedules and a dynamic driving environment.

Responsibilities

Operate car carrier vehicles safely and efficiently
Secure vehicle loads properly to ensure safe transport
Comply with all safety regulations and company policies
Maintain accurate driving logs and reports
Conduct routine vehicle inspections and minor maintenance
Interact professionally with customers during pickups and deliveries
Manage time effectively to meet delivery schedules
Report any accidents or incidents promptly and accurately

Required Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience
Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL)

Preferred Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience with commercial driving and vehicle inspection
Knowledge of safety regulations and load securing techniques
Strong time management and navigation skills
Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
