Compensation & Schedule Pay Type: Exempt / Salary paid twice per month Annual Salary: $70,000–$75,000 per year, based on experience Schedule: Wednesday 12:00 am – 6:00 am, Thursday–Saturday 6:00 pm – 6:00 am (must be flexible) When Fortune 500 businesses and new startups need supply chain solutions, they look to our industry‑leading logistics experts. Summary The Customer Logistics Manager will oversee day‑to‑day operations within an assigned function, responsible for all aspects of Operations and Account Management, including leadership of direct reports and attainment of daily operational goals. Essential Functions Customer service satisfaction and expectation management Staffing performance management and development of exempt and non‑exempt employees Manage day‑to‑day planning and scheduling Health and Safety Management State, local, and federal regulations compliance Additional Responsibilities Performs other duties as assigned.
