The Food & Beverage Supervisor supports daily restaurant operations by leading the service team, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a hands-on approach, while improving on the current model and be responsible for managing in a manner consistent with the mission, operating philosophy, standards, and values of the Benchmark.

Your Role:

• Attend weekly meetings and communicate key updates and upcoming events to team members
• Share information about the restaurant's offerings and capabilities with other departments and guests
• Oversee daily food and beverage operations, ensuring seamless service flow and team coordination
• Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly to requests, and resolve concerns professionally
• Monitor food quality, presentation, and overall service standards
• Ensure consistent adherence to food, beverage, and service standards
• Support cost control efforts for food, beverage, and labor
• Assist with inventory management, receiving, and product utilization
• Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional service standards and operational excellence
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages employee engagement and retention
• Collaborate with kitchen and management teams to improve service efficiency
• Support all opening and closing procedures to ensure operational readiness
• Assist with hiring, training, and development of team members
• Provide support across other food and beverage outlets as needed

What are we looking for?

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in food and beverage or hospitality
• Prior supervisory experience required
• Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on guest satisfaction
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
• Knowledge of food safety standards and industry best practices
• Ability to stand and remain active for extended periods
• Flexible schedule, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift and carry moderate weights as required

Compensation: $19.00 - $20.00
