Operations Manager

Russell Tobin & Associates is currently seeking a Product Operations Manager, 02 Months Contract role for one of our Fortune 500 clients, at Beaverton, OR (Onsite) . Hourly Pay: $58 to $60 W2 Location: Beaverton, OR (Onsite) Description Drive cross-functional integration of footwear process key moments and supporting tools. Collaborate with product creation partners to develop plans for achieving key dates and deliverables. Foster strong cross-functional relationship with Product Management, Development, and Merchandising partners. Enable high-performance design studio best practices by executing process excellence and drivin synergy across Product, Color, Material and graphics design functions. Work closely with Footwear Design Operations Director to drive design strategy execution with scalable solutions and ensure all policy and procedures are properly implemented for design teams. Ensure adherence to deadlines and deliverables both for design teams and for downstream and upstream partners. Drive forward process moments that ensure design work tracks on time against product briefs, marketplace capacity and consumer expectations. Analyze line plans to meet the team workload capacity, providing guidance to leaders as they make strategic decisions on the shape of the business. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience. Experience working with project management in complex organizations.
