RN Nurse Manager, Clinical, Hospice

Job Description BAYADA at Inspira Hospice has an immediate opening for a Full Time Clinical Manager. This Hospice office covers visits in Gloucester, Salem, and Cumberland County. This individual will be a member of an experienced hospice care team that provides assessments, education and symptom management related to end of life care. Hospice / care experience preferred, along with experience making home visits. Responsibilities for a Nurse Manager/Clinical Manager: You will develop and execute the client care while coordinating communications between clients, field staff, office and clinicians. You will facilitate new hire orientation for our field clinicians. You will participate in the training of new employees and in‑services for field staff to provide exceptional care Qualifications for a Nurse Manager/Clinical Manager: Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 or more years of experience as an RN. Home Care / Hospice experience preferred. Supervisory experience as a Nurse Manager preferred. Open to travel.
