Supply Chain Analyst

Supporting order flow and inventory accuracy, the part-time Supply Chain / Inventory Analyst will manage daily transaction activities between NetSuite and external fulfillment partners, focusing on resolving exceptions and maintaining clear communication in a remote-friendly environment. Key responsibilities Oversee daily transaction activity to ensure accurate orders, shipments, and inventory updates Investigate exceptions in order and fulfillment records that may impact customer delivery Document findings and coordinate corrective actions with relevant partners for inventory discrepancies Required qualifications Prior experience working with NetSuite in a supply chain or inventory environment Background supporting third-party logistics providers or warehouse operations Working knowledge of EDI processes and effective communication with EDI service partners Strong spreadsheet skills in Excel or Google Sheets, including data validation and reporting Demonstrated analytical ability with a track record of resolving discrepancies
