Receptionist Position
Join us at Lincoln Tech in Lincoln, RI where we are currently seeking a part-time receptionist to assume responsibilities for managing the front desk and performing a range of administrative and clerical duties. This role requires a strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Schedule: Monday-Thursday 3pm-8pm
Requirements of a Receptionist
- High School Diploma or GED
- Positive attitude and professional
- Excellent communication skills
- Good multi-tasking and time-management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including some Saturdays
Responsibilities of a Receptionist
- Receive students and visitors at the front desk
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Provide directions and general assistance
