ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As aTelemarketer - State Farm Agent Team Member for Lori Smul - State Farm Agent, your creativity and strategy promote the continued growth of our agency. Your diversified marketing shapes our brand's public image and cultivates existing client relations. Your cross-functional campaigns will expand the value generated by producers, innovate our customers' experience, and strategically position our agency... whether on social media or at community events!

While promoting our team, our insurance products/financial services, and the good we offer to our community, you also gain unique insights invaluable to your career growth. As an inventive and sales-minded professional, we are eager to incorporate your skillset into our agency.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote State Farm insurance products and services.
• Identify and qualify leads for agents by gathering relevant client information.
• Provide initial information to potential clients and answer basic questions about insurance options.
• Maintain and update a database of prospects and client interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous telemarketing or sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry preferred.
• Basic understanding of insurance products or a willingness to learn.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
• Good organizational skills to manage and track multiple leads.
• Professional and courteous telephone manner.
• Strong focus on achieving targets and contributing to the agency's growth.

Compensation: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
