Position Overview Southern 441 Toyota is seeking a motivated, results-driven Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team. Key Responsibilities Engage customers in a professional and consultative sales process Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicle options Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives Negotiate pricing and close sales effectively Maintain a high level of product knowledge on all vehicles and services Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat business Meet or exceed monthly sales targets Qualifications Previous sales experience preferred (automotive experience a plus) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with a drive to succeed in a performance-based role Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Compensation This position offers a performance-based compensation structure with unlimited earning potential . Income is driven by individual sales results. Typical earnings range: $60,000 - 120,000+ annually, based on performance.
