Nitrous Oxide certification is a plus. Job Description Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. You will provide comprehensive oral hygiene care, patient education, and preventative dental treatments in a supportive and professional practice environment. Key Responsibilities Perform routine dental cleanings, periodontal therapy, oral examinations, and preventative care. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative treatments. Average Number of Patients Approximately 70 patients a day Patients Information Roughly 50 new patients a month. Mostly adult patients. Main services include restorative, cosmetic, clear alignments, and sedation dentistry. Staff 5 dentists that rotate days with our Landrum location. He has retired, but all 3 of his children are dentists and own the Greenville location. We picked up a few amazing dentists who are related and some who feel like they are. We have a lot of longevity with our staff, with a few people who have been with us 20 + years, several who have been with us 10-15 years. We are a team. We thrive on patient care and teamwork. We invest in our staff because they are important to us. Number of Units Hygiene recall: 1 hour, children 30-45 mins. New patient hygiene appointment: 1.5 hours. Crowns: 1.5 hours; same-day seat.
