Location LONG ISLAND CITY, NY **ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE****:*** **Bachelors degree in Fashion Design.**

* **1-2 years of experience in the design industry and a strong passion for contemporary, trend driven product**

* **Have a good understanding of how the design process works**

* **Be excited to bring fresh, new ideas to the Design team**

* **Have a fundamental understanding of garment construction**

* **Possess strong Illustrator sketching skills and can create detailed tech packages**

* **Proficient in Excel, Photoshop, and Word and have some experience using different production programs**

* **Organized and detail-oriented with great communication skills**

* **Great at prioritizing your workload and meeting deadlines, even when things get crazy**

* **Excited to work with an upbeat team in a fast-paced, eCommerce start-up**
