What You'll Do:
- Make a profound impact on the lives of residents and their families.
- Participate in strategic initiatives while implementing operating standards of excellence.
- Inspire a dedicated team that delivers exceptional care and builds meaningful relationships with each other, the residents and their support network.
- Advocate for resident needs and contribute to the overall advancement of senior healthcare.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Housing, Healthcare, or a related field
- Assisted Living Director license
- 5 years of experience in a supervisory role in housing, service, or health related industry
- 2 years in Director-level capacity
