We are looking for a quality, multi-talented superstar to provide property management assistance and direct support. The portfolio includes scattered sites throughout the Greater Milwaukee areas.

The successful candidate is someone with demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service, phone skills, communication skills, tenant management and interaction, problem solve and oversee daily property maintenance and repair items.

Property management and customer service skills are required. Must have neat, clean appearance and respectful, courteous conduct, and respectful professional language at all times. Must be professional, organized, honest, reliable, punctual, and trustworthy. Must have strong work ethics and take your appearance and job very seriously.

Additional duties may include but are not limited to:

• Respond to a variety of rental property and tenant issues often and with very little advance notice.
• Sense of urgency and professionalism at all times.
• Must have access to internet, phone and email.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Check messages and return calls promptly.
• Respond to emails professionally and promptly.
• Verify property status, take property photos.
• Investigate and respond to complaints and properties inquiries.
• Verify tenant move-in/move-out status.
• Communicate with contractors, vendors, inspectors.
• Verify and follow up on maintenance repair work orders.
• Submit status reports, progression reports and photos.
• Assist with maintaining properties for code compliance and safety.
• Verify and update rental information.
• Provide overall support to management.
• Other duties as assigned/as needed.

This is an independent contractor level opportunity, it is considered self-employed. (Form 1099-Misc to be issued annually).

Part-Time. No Benefits. Self-Employed.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 25 per week

Schedule:

• Evenings as needed
• Monday to Friday
• On call
• Weekends as needed

Education:

• Associate (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer relationship management: 10 years (Preferred)
• Email marketing: 5 years (Preferred)
• Data entry: 5 years (Preferred)
• Customer service: 10 years (Required)
• Property Management: 10 years (Required)
• Phone etiquette: 10 years (Required)

Language:

• Spanish (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Real Estate License (Preferred)
• Driver's License (Required)

Willingness to travel:

• 50% (Preferred)
