Community Outreach & Marketing Coordinator

Eye Care Specialists is seeking an outgoing, motivated Community Outreach & Marketing Coordinator to help increase awareness of our practice and the services we provide. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new people, building relationships, and being out in the community. The primary focus will be introducing Eye Care Specialists to local organizations, businesses, medical offices, senior communities, and residents throughout Norwood, Norfolk, and surrounding towns. Responsibilities Visit local businesses, senior centers, community organizations, medical offices, and other locations to introduce Eye Care Specialists and our services Distribute marketing materials throughout surrounding communities Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and healthcare providers Identify new opportunities to increase community awareness and patient referrals Attend local community events, health fairs, and networking opportunities Promote our comprehensive services, including routine eye care, cataract surgery, glaucoma, retina care, dry eye treatment, and specialty eye care Assist with planning local marketing and outreach initiatives Track outreach efforts and provide updates on contacts and opportunities Qualifications Friendly, professional, and comfortable approaching new people Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated and able to work independently Organized and dependable Familiarity with the Norwood/Norfolk and surrounding communities is a plus Marketing, sales, healthcare, or community outreach experience preferred but not required Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally About Eye Care Specialists Eye Care Specialists is a growing, physician-owned ophthalmology and optometry practice providing comprehensive medical, surgical, and routine eye care to patients throughout the Greater Boston and Southern Massachusetts area.
