This is an exciting opportunity to work with a world-class real estate developer known for excellence and innovation. You’ll join the leasing team supporting one luxury high-rise residential tower in San Diego (lease-up), offering an exceptional living experience within a premier residential portfolio.
Your new role
As the Leasing Consultant , you will support leasing activities for one luxury high-rise residential building in downtown San Diego. You will be responsible for guiding prospective residents through the leasing process, conducting property tours, following up with leads, and delivering a high level of customer service throughout the resident journey.
Key responsibilities include:
- Responding to leasing inquiries and following up with prospective residents in a timely and professional manner.
- Conducting property and apartment tours while highlighting community amenities, features, and available floor plans.
- Guiding prospects through the application and leasing process from initial inquiry through move-in.
- Building strong relationships with prospective and current residents while providing exceptional customer service.
- Maintaining accurate prospect, leasing, and resident information within the property management system.
- Supporting lease-up initiatives and helping achieve occupancy and leasing goals.
- Assisting with marketing, resident events, and outreach initiatives to generate traffic and increase community visibility.
- Collaborating with property management and maintenance teams to ensure available units are market-ready and presented to luxury standards.
- Maintaining compliance with company policies and Fair Housing requirements.
- Staying informed on availability, pricing, concessions, and local market trends.
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in residential leasing or property management , ideally within a luxury or high-rise environment.
- Strong knowledge of the leasing process and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Experience with lease-ups is required.
