We're looking for a Mid/Senior Technical Recruiter who can identify exceptional technical talent, understand complex hiring needs, and become a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates.

Role Overview

As a Mid/Senior Technical Recruiter, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle for highly technical positions, working directly with international clients, engineering leaders, and top-tier candidates across Latin America. This is a highly autonomous role for someone who understands technology, enjoys solving difficult hiring challenges, and thrives in a fast-paced, AI-driven recruiting environment. You'll work alongside sourcing specialists, customer success, and leadership to consistently deliver exceptional hiring outcomes.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end recruitment processes for software engineering, data, AI, cloud, DevOps, product, and other technical roles.
Partner directly with international clients to understand business needs, technical requirements, and hiring priorities.
Punctually hire for GTM and specific business needs. (90% tech + 10% business)
Conduct high-quality recruiter interviews, evaluating both technical backgrounds and soft skills.
Build strong candidate pipelines through sourcing, networking, referrals, and proactive talent mapping.
Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout every stage of the hiring process.
Provide consultative hiring recommendations backed by market knowledge and structured candidate assessments.
Collaborate with our sourcing team to continuously improve pipeline quality and hiring efficiency.
Leverage AI tools to improve recruiter productivity, candidate evaluation, documentation, and workflow automation.
Maintain excellent ATS hygiene and ensure accurate hiring metrics throughout the recruitment process.
