Job Description

In this position, you will support warehouse operations by pulling boxes from a conveyor line and building pallets based on product type, flavor, and size. This is a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail and the ability to stay organized throughout the shift.

Responsibilities:

• Pull boxes from the conveyor line in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Build and organize pallets accurately by product flavor and size
• Pay close attention to product numbers and labels to ensure proper pallet separation
• Maintain production speed and accuracy throughout the shift
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout a 12-hour shift
• Ability to lift and stack boxes consistently
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable attendance and dependable transportation preferred
• Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required

The base salary range for this position is $15.00 per hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
