Assembler

Location: CES Las Vegas, NV

Position Summary

Ron's Staffing Las Vegas is seeking dependable Assemblers to join our production team. The Assembler will be responsible for assembling products and components according to specifications while maintaining quality and productivity standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Assemble products, parts, and components according to work instructions and blueprints.
• Operate basic hand tools and assembly equipment safely.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Report material shortages, defects, or production issues to supervisors.
• Meet daily production and attendance expectations.
• Assist with packaging, labeling, and shipping preparation as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Quality Control Inspector (QC)

Location: Las Vegas, NV

Position Summary

Ron's Staffing Las Vegas is seeking detail-oriented Quality Control Inspectors to verify that products meet established quality standards prior to shipment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Inspect materials, components, and finished products for quality and workmanship.
• Conduct visual and dimensional inspections using measuring tools as required.
• Identify, document, and report product defects or non-conforming materials.
• Ensure compliance with customer specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain inspection records and quality documentation.
• Communicate quality concerns to supervisors and production personnel.
• Assist in implementing corrective actions to improve product quality.
• Follow all safety procedures and quality assurance guidelines.

Qualifications

• Previous quality control or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to read and interpret basic work instructions and specifications.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
