Requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen ability to convey information clearly and effectively. Proficient in using customer service software and tools, with a strong comfort level in navigating various digital platforms. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure to resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently.
