We are seeking a loving and dedicated InfantToddler Teacher to join our team at The Learning Experience .

As an InfantToddler Teacher, you will play a key role in creating a warm, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment where our youngest learners can develop foundational skills, build trust, and begin their lifelong love of learning.

As an InfantToddler Teacher, You Will:

• Create a safe, loving, and engaging environment that supports infants and toddlers emotional and developmental needs.

• Implement The Learning Experiences proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum , supporting childrens growth through play-based learning experiences.

• Build strong, trusting relationships with children and families through consistent communication and daily updates.

• Partner with your teaching team and center leadership to ensure smooth classroom routines, curriculum delivery, and positive interactions.

• Support childrens milestones in language, motor, and social-emotional development with patience and enthusiasm.

Do You:

• Have a genuine passion for nurturing and educating young children?
• Have at least six months of experience working with infants or toddlers in a professional setting (required)?
• Hold a high school diploma or GED (required); ECE coursework or degree (preferred)?
• Believe in creating a calm, safe, and loving space where every child can thrive?
