Job Overview CDL B Truck Driver - Local Routes Drive with Purpose. As a CDL-Certified Delivery Service Driver you’ll be more than just someone behind the wheel — you'll be a trusted partner, a vital part of our service promise, and a living example of our values in action. What you’ll earn: $30 per hour + shift differential + quarterly bonus up to $5,200 per year. Available shifts: Thursday – Saturday (3x13s), starting at 6am. Local routes; no freight to move. Safety‑first culture and meticulously maintained trucks. Primary Responsibilities Operate an automatic straight truck (12,000–20,000 lb. GVW) on local delivery routes, delivering cooking oil to commercial kitchens while ensuring safe, accurate deliveries and excellent customer service. Safely connect to truck hoses to customer oil tanks to load/unload cooking oil. Use company‑issued iPhone apps for route tracking, invoicing, and compliance. Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers to meet their needs. Monitor tank levels to avoid oil outs and ensure seamless service. Always uphold DOT, OSHA, and HACCP safety standards. Minimum Qualifications Must be at least 21 years old. Valid CDL Class A or B with Tanker Endorsement. Able to lift 50lbs. and perform physical tasks such as climbing ladders, bending, and twisting. Strong safety mindset. Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or GED; highly preferred. 2+years of CDL‑regulated driving experience. Bilingual. Comfortable using hand tools and performing basic troubleshooting. Driving Record Expectations Safe Driving Record (Past 36 Months): Limited MVR moving violations or PSP report violations. No speeding over 100mph (Past 5 Years). Drug & Alcohol Compliance: Must pass a DOT pre‑employment drug screen and subject to DOT random drug and alcohol testing after hire.
