Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Senior Therapeutic Area Specialist in Oncology to drive adoption of BMS medicines within a defined territory covering Providence, RI and Worcester, MA. The role focuses on building scientific credibility with healthcare providers and engaging them through differentiated clinical dialogue to support appropriate patient treatment.

Responsibilities

Promote approved BMS oncology products within territory to meet assigned sales targets compliantly
Conduct scientific presentations and in-office programs with healthcare providers on product-related information
Organize external speaker programs and facilitate logistics with approved speakers
Develop and implement comprehensive territory and account plans using available commercial tools
Collaborate cross-functionally and gather insights to support customer experience and internal stakeholder needs

Requirements

Advanced scientific degree or 5+ years pharma/biotech sales, MSL, HCP, or nursing experience
Ability to communicate scientific and clinical data accurately to physicians
Experience building and maintaining credibility with healthcare providers and office staff
Hematology/Oncology experience required
Demonstrated account management skills and proven sales performance meeting or exceeding targets
Strong cross-functional collaboration and team-oriented mindset
Data-driven analytical capability and scientific communication skills
