About the Role

This role is pivotal in modernizing financial reporting and analytics, overseeing all financial operations, and optimizing financial strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading long-term financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as developing strong partnerships to enhance financial understanding and performance alignment. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting, with a master’s degree preferred, and 5-10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience. A strong background in financial systems, regulatory compliance, and a proven track record in fiscal strategy implementation is essential. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare operations or similar environments, expertise in financial analysis, and outstanding communication skills. Day-to-day responsibilities include mentoring the finance team, driving continuous process improvement, and effectively communicating financial matters to stakeholders at all levels. The CFO will also be involved in change management, process improvement, and must possess the confidence and executive presence to work with boards and senior stakeholders.
