Our Client seeks a Director of Development Operations in Southern California's Inland Empire. This role requires 10 years of sales and 4 years of operations experience in fenestration, commercial glazing and/or architectural systems. responsibilities:

• Manage the local branch budgeting process and P&L performance to meet the revenue growth and business expansion targets of Our Client.

• Provide direction, leadership, and support to customer service, estimating, fabrication, warehousing, and shipping teams.

• Direct regional sales activities and develop architectural relationships to promote services in new markets and secure commercial projects.

• Support branch operations by overseeing inventory control, facility maintenance, performance targets, and a safe work environment.

• Lead the interviewing, hiring, training, and performance management of the branch staff to ensure high employee engagement.
