You'll work behind the scenes to ensure loans are processed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with regulations while supporting both our members and fellow team members. Responsibilities Include: Processing consumer, mortgage, and business loan documentation from application through closing Maintaining loan records and processing paid loan files Preparing loan documents and coordinating lien filings, automatic payments, and related documentation Assisting members and employees with lending questions Reviewing loan files for quality, accuracy, and regulatory compliance Coordinating with title companies, insurance providers, and appraisal vendors Supporting mortgage disclosures, funding activities, and reporting requirements Researching and resolving processing exceptions to ensure timely loan completion Assisting with business loan reviews, financial analysis, and regulatory reporting What We're Looking For 3-5 years of financial institution experience Lending experience or knowledge preferred Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Commitment to providing outstanding member service while maintaining compliance Our Culture Everything we do is guided by our core values of Community, Communication, Courage, and Collaboration .
