JOB SPECIFICS

• Established practice seeks Family Medicine with Obstetrics physician due to growth
\n
• Join a collaborative team of 3 FM/OB’s, 2 OBGYN’s and 1 midwife
\n
• Strong collegial arrangement with the current OBGYN’s
\n
• Anticipating a 50/50 split between primary care and OB – flexible based on candidate preference
\n
• Call is 1:6
\n
• Surgical OB (c-section trained) would be preferred, but not required
\n
• Opportunity to be core faculty within our residency program
\n
• As a Catholic healthcare organization, partnering with physicians who practice NFP guidelines is essential to our core beliefs and Mission. 
\n
• Embedded services such as care management, social work and behavioral health
\n
• Clinic hours are Mon-Fri, 7:00am – 5:00pm with option to work on Saturday
\n
• H1B and J1 visa applications accepted

  Full time, clinical base salary pay range for this position: $260,000-$311,000

    Range shown should be used as an estimate and can be impacted by many factors including but not limited to the critical need of the position, overall experience and qualifications, community need, and other considerations. Additional compensation components may be applicable such as bonuses or incentives which may or may not be based on metric achievement.

Qualifications \n

\n

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

\n

\n
• Physician Licensed to practice medicine in current state.
\n
• Licensed by the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration and the State of Illinois to prescribe narcotics, if applicable.
\n
• Board certified or board eligible in the appropriate specialty(ies). Obtain and maintain medical staff membership and appropriate privileges.
\n
• Must be eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs.
\n
• Physician shall meet all qualifications to participate in OSF's programs for professional malpractice and other liability coverage.
\n
