AI Full Stack Developer

Insight Global is seeking an AI Forward Deployed Engineer to identify, prototype, and deploy AI solutions that solve real business problems. This individual will stay on top of emerging AI technologies, rapidly build proof-of-concepts, and partner with internal teams to integrate AI into applications, workflows, and data platforms. Compensation ranges from $115,000-190,000 based on experience.

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3-5+ years of software engineering experience with AI-enabled applications.
• Experience with Azure AI Studio, Azure Machine Learning, or similar cloud AI platforms.
• Strong understanding of current AI technologies, including LLMs, multimodal AI, and agentic workflows.
• Proficiency with modern AI developer tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and Cursor.
• Strong full-stack development experience, including React.
• Experience working with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or similar AI models.
Familiarity with Git-based development and CI/CD pipelines.


Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• FastAPI experience.
• Experience with AI agents, prompt engineering, and AI-enabled products.
• Serverless or cloud-native architecture experience.
• Insurance or Financial Services industry background.
Experience with AI-driven testing tools such as Playwright.
