Home Health Assistant Director RN

Responsibilities Organizes and directs operations to ensure the provision of adequate and appropriate care and services. Supports and or leads Clinical Managers/CM to meet performance expectations to include the direct participation of CM duties. Monitors agency key metrics as outlined by HHD and collaborates to address variations and opportunities. Reports on operational, clinical, and quality performance. May conduct field related supervised visits of personal, patient visits and client visits. Qualifications Drivers License (RN) Registered Nurse 5 years in healthcare administration or 3 years of management experience in Home Health care or related health programs. Bachelors Degree, or Registered Nurse Diploma Healthcare at Home is a service line from HCA healthcare. We are dedicated to providing patients with quality care during their recovery at home.
