IR Registered Nurse

Sign‑On Bonus This position offers an $8,000 sign‑on bonus with a 2‑year commitment to Mission Health. Ask the recruiter for more details. Job Summary Provides leadership which facilitates the delivery of professional nursing care for the comfort and well‑being of patients. Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to provide, delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching of patients and families. Implements medically prescribed interventions. Schedule 4 10‑hour shifts, 7 am–8:30 pm. 4–5 weekday call shifts, 1 weekend call shift every 10–11 weekends. Must be Qualifications Required Experience: One year of RN experience. Preferred Experience: Critical Care and/or strong hospital experience. Required Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing or enrollment in a BSN program with completion within 5 years of hire. RNs with 10 years or more of experience are exempt. Preferred Education: Masters in Nursing. Required License: Current licensure as a registered nurse with the North Carolina Board of Nursing. eNLC license may apply; confirm with NCBON. Required Certifications: BLS and ACLS. Preferred Certifications: National Certification in area of specialty. Grandfathering accepted between departments and Mission Health entities.
