HVAC Installer Helper

New Roads AC & Heat
New Roads, LA

Pay: $15 - $25 per hour
(Pay Based on Experience & Ability)

New Roads AC & Heat is looking for dependable individuals who want to build a long-term career in the HVAC industry. Experience in HVAC or construction is preferred, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are just as important.

Responsibilities

Assist HVAC installation crews on residential and commercial projects
Load and unload materials and equipment
Assist with ductwork and equipment installation
Maintain clean and safe job sites
Follow company safety procedures
Learn HVAC installation techniques from experienced professionals

Qualifications

Construction or HVAC experience preferred
Ability to lift and carry equipment and materials
Dependable attendance and positive attitude
Willingness to learn and grow
Valid driver's license preferred
