The The T.E.A. Center in McLean is seeking a nurturing, dependable, and passionate Infant Assistant Teacher who truly loves working with babies and supporting early childhood development. ????????

We are looking for someone who:
✨ Is warm, patient, and professional

✨ Understands the importance of consistency and reliability
✨ Wants to grow in the early childhood education field

???? Position Details:
• $13–$17 per hour
• Minimum 2 days/week required
• 5-day availability preferred
• Consistent availability between 7:00 AM–6:30 PM
• Minimum 1-year commitment preferred

• Attendance and punctuality are a challenge
• You are looking for short-term work only
• You are not comfortable working in a fast-paced classroom environment

SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS

• Is a naturally gifted teacher (No teaching experience required) Loves talking to people
• Can bring their personality with them all day, every day Is trusted by others Willing to change diapers, clean floors, and do the dishes if that’s what it takes to get things done
• Believes in having fun Is always learning, growing, and being stretched Multi-tasks so well that plate spinners look on with awe Desires to be a part of something larger than themselves WORKS hard and PLAYS hard!
