Our Resident Services Specialist's make a lasting impact by assisting residents by demonstrating an unparalleled commitment to customer service and resident satisfaction.What You Will Do:Provides accurate and detailed administrative support to Property Supervisor and other team members to ensure smooth operation of assigned propertyProvides GCI worthy customer service with the goal of retaining customers for lifeSeek to understand and identify the needs of the residents, answering questions and resolving issues as they ariseAnswers phones, takes messages and directs callers as appropriateParticipates in rent collection processPrepare and distribute notices for residentsVerifies utility account information for new and current residentsPackages move-out files and generates move-out condition reportsCoordinates move in, move outs with Maintenance DepartmentPerforms other duties as directed or assignedWhat We Need:Strong focus on customer service requiredExcellent interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to build relationshipsA skilled problem solver and self-motivatedStrong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)Education, Licenses, and Certifications:High School Diploma or EquivalentTwo or more years administrative and/or customer service experience, preferably in property managementExperience with residential property management software preferredStill Undecided?We are names not numbers.
