About the Role As a Dog Daycare/Boarding Pack Leader, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the happiness, safety, and health of the dogs in our care. This is a hands-on position where you’ll be interacting with a variety of breeds and personalities every day. Whether it’s supervising playgroups, providing care during boarding stays, or ensuring a clean and welcoming environment, you’ll be making a difference in the lives of our furry friends. What You’ll Be Doing Here’s what your day-to-day will look like: Supervising and managing playgroups to ensure all dogs are safe and having fun. Monitoring dog behavior and intervening when necessary to maintain a positive environment. Providing care for boarding dogs, including feeding, cleaning, and administering basic needs. Maintaining cleanliness and organization in all areas of the daycare and boarding facility. Building relationships with dogs and their owners to create a welcoming and trusted atmosphere. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking someone who: Has a genuine love for dogs and a desire to provide the best care possible. Is comfortable working with dogs of all sizes, breeds, and temperaments. Can handle physical tasks such as cleaning, lifting, and being on your feet for extended periods. Possesses strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team. Is reliable, responsible, and eager to learn. No prior experience? No problem! We’re happy to welcome individuals who are new to the field but have a passion for working with animals.
