Pay & Benefits:

• Pay Rate: $300 - $325/hr (depending on location and shift)
• Additional Compensation: Shift differentials up to $5/hr; sign-on bonus potential up to $12,000

What You'll Do:

• Provide emergency care to diverse patient populations in busy trauma and non-trauma settings
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient treatment plans
• Manage initial assessments, diagnoses, and treatment in urgent care or emergency departments
• Assist with oversight and coordination of patient care, including admissions and referrals
• Document patient encounters accurately using EMR systems like Cerner, Allscripts, or MedHost
• Support continuity of care through post-discharge instructions and patient education
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive clinical environment

What You Need:

Required:

• MD/DO, Board Certified or Eligible in Emergency Medicine
• Current ACLS, ATLS, PALS certifications
• Active medical license in the state of practice
• Minimum of 1-2 years of emergency medicine experience
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends

Preferred:

• Experience in trauma centers or high-volume emergency departments
• Familiarity with EMR systems like Cerner, Allscripts, or MedHost
• Comfortable managing a variety of emergency conditions across different age groups
