What It's Like to Work at Little Land Working at Little Land is not your typical job. What You Might Do * Greet families and check guests in for open play, classes, birthday parties, and Parents' Night Out events * Engage with children during open play sessions * Lead fun activities, games, and group play experiences * Assist with sensory art, music exploration, and Little Learners classes * Help host birthday parties and guide kids through party activities * Support Parents' Night Out events by supervising kids and leading games and activities * Maintain clean and organized play areas * Reset activity areas between programs * Work closely with teammates to create a fun, welcoming environment Our Culture at Little Land Little Land is a high‑energy, positive environment where kids come to play, learn, and celebrate.
